First break up the agglomerates, then refine the particles, and finally shape them into smooth spheres. This ensures uniform particle size while achieving a rounder particle morphology, fundamentally resolving nozzle clogging issues.

Low-Temperature Grinding Lock Performance

Spiral water cooling system + low-temperature rotor structure prevents pigment discoloration and reduced dispersibility caused by grinding heat, ensuring stable color vibrancy and curing performance of UV inks.

High ink stability

Precisely control the dilution solution addition rate and stirring speed to maintain stable pigment dispersion while adapting to the drying speed and curing efficiency of UV inks.
