Boyee high flow filter type nano sand mill, using advanced filter type separation technology, can efficiently and quickly separate grinding media and products to ensure production continuity and product quality.

The Boyee NMM is an advanced Screen Separation Bead Mill built around a high-flow rapid-screen design that permanently resolves one of the most persistent challenges in industrial nano grinding: screen clogging under high-viscosity, high-concentration slurry conditions.

Unlike conventional bead mills where dense slurries rapidly block separation screens and interrupt production, the NMM's Dynamic Separator Bead Mill architecture maintains continuous high-flow throughput by combining a large-flow recirculation circuit with a specially engineered discharge separation system. The result is uninterrupted production continuity, consistent product quality, and dramatically higher output efficiency — with production efficiency gains of up to 30% compared to traditional screen-type bead mills.

The NMM Screen Separation Bead Mill features an optional grinding system — either the patented TurboMax turbine-type or the pin-type rotor — and is specifically engineered for processing high-viscosity, high-concentration materials that exceed the handling limits of standard equipment. A fully ceramic grinding chamber option ensures zero metal ion contamination for the most demanding applications. Both standard and explosion-proof configurations are available, covering chamber volumes from 3L to 400L to serve every scale from pilot production to continuous industrial output.
