How the Glovebox Sealed Bead Mill System Works
Complete Inert Environment — Full Process Coverage

The grinding unit is embedded directly inside the glovebox. Circulating fan, purification column, and organic solvent absorber run continuously to keep O₂ and H₂O at controlled levels. Material goes from powder loading to discharge without ever leaving the inert atmosphere.

Zero-Leakage Sealed Bead Mill Design

High-strength mechanical seal components paired with an adaptive pressure compensation structure automatically fill any gap caused by vibration or wear. Embedded high-precision O₂ concentration and pressure sensors monitor in real time — automatic alarm triggers at any sign of micro-leakage.

Uniform Particle Size — Agglomeration Suppressed

Turbine rotor controls material flow inside the grinding chamber for even distribution. Zirconia disperser carries natural anti-agglomeration surface properties, combined with dual-face mechanical seal cooling loop that maintains stable low-humidity, low-oxygen conditions — preventing nano-particle agglomeration caused by moisture or oxidation.

All-Ceramic Contact — Zero Metal Contamination
