Overview

Boyee digital inkjet intelligent production line integrates a series of key process links such as feeding system, dispersion tank, grinding equipment, online particle size monitoring system, filter, finished product tank, etc.Among these, the bead grinding machine plays a crucial role as the core grinding equipment.


It utilizes Boyee's core grinding technology and filters to effectively solve the problems encountered in traditional grinding processes, achieving efficient and stable grinding and improving ink performance and printing results. The automatic batching system precisely controls the proportion of raw materials, ensuring consistency in color, viscosity, and performance of the produced inks. The high-precision weighing module maintains an error within 0.5%.

Ink and paint colorants are primarily divided into: organic pigments and inorganic pigments.

Organic Pigments:

1.Azo Pigments

Monoazo pigments, disazo pigments, azo lakes, color phenol AS pigments, and other related pigments.

2.Color Pigments

Phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green, yellow, red, purple, and orange pigments.

3.Heterocyclic and Other High-performance Pigments

Quinacridone pigments, benzimidazolone pigments, dioxazine pigments, diketone pigments, and others.

Inorganic Pigments:

1.White Pigments

Phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green, yellow, red, purple, and orange pigments.

Rutile titanium dioxide, anatase titanium dioxide, lithopone (zinc barium white), zinc white (zinc oxide).

2.Black Pigments

Carbon black, iron black, copper chromium black, black pigments.
