Boyee Industrial provides advanced high-speed mixer solutions for dry mixing, dispersion and fiberization of battery materials and advanced powder systems. The BYHH battery material mixer is suitable for sulfide solid electrolytes, dry electrode materials and lithium battery powders including LFP, NCM, graphite, silicon carbon, PTFE, carbon black and CNT. The integrated system combines mixing, pulverizing and plasticizing functions to achieve uniform multi-component powder processing.


For dry electrode manufacturing, the high-speed powder mixing equipment uses controlled mechanical shear to fibrillate PTFE or similar binders, uniformly blending active materials, conductive agents and binders into a film-formable powder composite without a liquid carrier. This helps eliminate conventional slurry preparation steps involving NMP solvent, coating and drying.


For moisture-sensitive sulfide electrolyte systems, the mixer can be configured as a sulfide electrolyte mixer with nitrogen inert gas protection, vacuum-sealed mixing and temperature control. Multi-speed precision control allows the shear intensity to be adjusted according to different binder and active material systems, supporting stable fiberization and uniform batch mixing. Customized vacuum mixer configurations are also available according to material characteristics and process requirements.

Multi-Speed High-Shear Control

Shear rate is tuned to the specific binder and active material system through precise speed control, converting mechanical energy into fiber formation rather than simple particle mixing — the mechanism that ensures consistent PTFE fibrillation across the full batch and gives dry electrode powder its film-forming, self-supporting structure.

Vacuum Sealed Mixing

Isolates moisture- and oxygen-sensitive materials — including sulfide electrolyte composites and dry electrode blends — from ambient air throughout mixing.

Whole-Area Temperature Control

Keeps the mix within the narrow temperature window PTFE fibrillation requires, preventing binder degradation from excess heat or incomplete fibrillation from insufficient shear energy.
