Recently, Boyee Industrial formally signed a contract with a publicly traded company for a project to produce 1,000 metric tons of CVD silicon-carbon anodes annually. To meet the demand for large-scale mass production of silicon-carbon anodes, Boyee will provide an integrated solution for the project, including core equipment, process optimization, full-line system integration, and engineering delivery.

With the continued development of high-energy-density battery technology, the industrialization of silicon-based anodes is accelerating. Among these, CVD silicon-carbon—which utilizes a porous carbon carrier and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technology to deposit nanosilicon—has become one of the key technological directions for the large-scale development of silicon-carbon anodes.
As the industry transitions from experimental validation to thoubead-metric-ton-scale production, the focus has gradually shifted from “whether it can be produced” to whether it can be reliably scaled up, maintain batch consistency, and achieve continuous, safe, and stable production. Particularly in the CVD deposition stage, factors such as particle fluidization, gas-solid contact, reaction temperature, and gas distribution all impose higher demands on large-scale production.

For this project, Boyee will configure the entire production line around key processes—including porous carbon treatment, CVD silicon deposition, carbon coating, post-treatment, material conveyance, and automated control—with a focus on meeting industrialization requirements such as deposition uniformity, batch consistency, continuous production stability, and safety control.
Currently, Boyee has established the capability to provide fluidized-bed CVD equipment of various scales and complete CVD silicon-carbon anode production lines, offering engineering support ranging from experimental validation and equipment selection to process scale-up and the construction of large-scale production lines.

The signing of this 1,000-metric-ton-per-year project represents another practical application of Boyee’s expertise in core CVD silicon-carbon anode equipment and turnkey engineering solutions, and marks a significant step forward in advancing the relevant technology from experimental validation to industrial-scale application at the 1,000-metric-ton level.
Boyee Industrial will continue to focus on the needs of large-scale manufacturing of advanced battery materials, promoting deep synergy among processes, equipment, and engineering delivery to provide equipment and turnkey solutions for the industrialization of CVD silicon-carbon anodes.
