01

Single-walled carbon nanotube slurry solution, overcoming the dispersion problem


Single-walled carbon nanotubes are prone to agglomeration due to strong intermolecular interactions, making it difficult for traditional slurry processes to achieve uniform dispersion. Boyee focuses on the pain points of the industry and creates a scientific and efficient slurry process.

Starting from the feeding process, the micron-sized aggregates are initially broken down through high-shear pre-dispersion, then "refined" through coarse dispersion, and subsequently enter the fine dispersion stage to deeply dissociate the aggregates. Eventually, a qualified slurry with uniform dispersion, no large particle distribution, and low impurity content is produced.


This scheme is compatible with multiple system applications, and the produced slurry is uniform and stable. The process parameters can also be flexibly adjusted according to different application scenarios to achieve customized production.

CVD single-walled carbon nanotube growth equipment, solving the problems of unstable quality and insufficient production capacity


Powder is the source of application for single-walled carbon nanotubes, and its quality directly determines the performance of downstream products. However, the industry generally faces pain points such as unstable powder quality and low production efficiency.


The single-walled carbon nanotube dedicated growth equipment developed by Boyee based on chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technology is specifically designed to solve these problems.

The equipment adopts a stainless steel explosion-proof design, combined with local water cooling and thickened insulation structure, featuring both explosion-proof performance and low energy consumption advantages, solving the problems of high safety hazards and high energy consumption of traditional equipment.


Equipped with multi-stage atomization ultrasonic feeding, it ensures uniform and consistent feeding, effectively controls the directional growth of single-walled carbon nanotubes, improves batch consistency, and overcomes the pain point of large fluctuations in powder quality.

The unique intake configuration preheating system ensures that the gas reaches an appropriate temperature before entering the reaction furnace, guaranteeing consistent reaction conditions.


The large-diameter furnace tubes and the rotating shaft material collection mechanism significantly increase production capacity and enable continuous material collection without stopping the machine, solving the problems of low production efficiency and insufficient capacity.
